How to register
This simple step by step guide will help you to register for the conference:
- Setup an account if you don't already have one. This will involve verifying your email address by clicking on the link that will be emailed to you and then providing us with a password.
- Log into your Conference Dashboard using your email address and password.
- Click on the "Conference Registration" button.
- Choose your options: registration fee, accomodation, social events, field trips etc.
- Provide your billing address.
- Pay using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Laser).
- Review your receipt that will be emailed to you.
- Print out your receipt and bring with you on the day to registration.
Visa Information
If you need to apply for a visa, please register for the conference, pay your registration and accommodation fees in full and then request a visa letter from the Conference Secretariat by email to kerry@gowest.ie. Please note that we are unable to send such letters via DHL or other express mail services, due to high cost. A hard copy will be mailed via Irish Post.
The Irish Embassy will only accept a letter of invitation if it states that the delegate has registered for the conference and has paid their registration fee and accommodation fees in full. The Irish Embassy will only accept original letters from us so please allow enough time for us to post the visa letter to you.
